If DevPing is not behaving correctly, start with the setup and trust docs in the repository, then verify that the tool hook is installed cleanly.
First checks
- Confirm DevPing is running
- Send a test notification from the menu bar
- Re-run setup for the supported tool if needed
- Check permissions if window focusing is failing
